“I had a great experience. I went in at 4:30 pm 3/11/2025 (on a Friday). I was out in less than 2hrs. I came in with 3 new distressed curly human hair bundles. The stylist brought the bundles back to life! I haven't had this service in over 15 years and things have changed so I had questions and the young lady answered them even advising on how best to maintain the style. The price to install the curly hair bundles (up to 2) was very fair at $75. I was pleased with the end result. I will definitely be back.”

“Extremely Disappointing Experience I contacted this salon around 12:00 PM to ask if a stylist was available to do my daughter’s hair. I was told to “come between 12:30 and 1:00 PM.” I arrived at 12:33 PM to find the doors locked, which was surprising since the posted business hours (according to Google) indicate they open at noon. I called again and was told, “the stylist is en route.” At 1:01 PM, I called a third time to ask for an estimated arrival time and was told, “I’m trying to figure that out now.” I waited until 1:20 PM—nearly an hour after arriving—and the business was still not open, nor had the stylist shown up. This is completely unacceptable. Had I been told upfront that they were trying to get a stylist in and advised to call back to confirm availability, I could’ve planned accordingly. Instead, I drove 40 minutes from Loganville, GA, and my time was entirely wasted. While I understand this is a $50 salon and I wasn’t expecting luxury, I was expecting professionalism. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was neither friendly nor apologetic about the situation. In fact, her tone made it seem as though I was inconveniencing her for asking about a stylist who had yet to show up. This place is called walk in weaves yet you aren’t able to walk in to get a weave nor place an appointment to get one. This experience is a prime example of why many people hesitate to support small or Black-owned businesses. It’s not about the prices—it’s about the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service. Please do better. Be honest with your clients and have some level of respect their time.”

“Very disappointed. The original shop is the first place I ever received a sew in. I was super excited to come back. I just came in on a Sunday to an almost empty shop. There was no receptionist and I’ve literally only been there once. The one stylist who was there has absolutely 0 customer service skills. What make yall think yall can be rude with nasty energy and still receive money for putting your hands in people head? This lady literally looked at me as if she was the customer waiting to be helped. I ignored it at first and proceeded to ask my questions. It wasn’t until she rudely and dryly answered my questions before I told her never mind and took my money and time elsewhere. I hope this isn’t the owner.”
